The hotel is located at a walking distance from the Channakeshava temple. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Hotel staff is courteous.However, it is advisable not to opt for the cp plan, which includes breakfast. They call it 'continental breakfast', but the only dishes available were cold and soggy and puri-bhaji, made in a different building and brought to the restaurant after a lot of waiting. Restaurant staff was very arrogant.

A really terrible hotel. Staff are untrained, have no respect for clients and are unsmiling unprofessional. Extremely noisy as on a very busy main road and no double glazing. No maintenance seems done for many years. Food in restaurant not good (salty and 90 pct gravy) and even worse service than the hotel.Internet terrible after 10 pm. If you hqve paid for breakfast, its extra if you want an omlette Good things. Great location near temple. Parking.

Nice budget friendly hotel with close proximity to the temple. The food in the hotel was good. The rooms were decent and air conditioned. Also, the staff was polite. Overall it was a good stay in the hotel.

Mayura Velapuri is the best hotel in the Belur town. Including the Manager the entire team is friendly and caring. Sufficiently spacious property in the middle of the city. Food is homely and tasty. Lunch buffet is the best! Rooms are very spacious with good bathrooms. The restaurant coordination and speed of service needs improvement.

We stayed for one night in our recent visit to Belur, we stayed in family room which is huge , overall property is average but close to Belur temple in city , has good space parking etc , restaurant also provides ok food and service . Overall ok for short stay at Belur .
